Our Humungous Window

In our new house Mommy and Daddy put the couch in front of the humungous window and I can lay on the back of it and watch the people and cars go by. I can also watch the sun go to sleep. That's real nice and pretty. It’s really nice if Mommy or Daddy are outside cuz I can watch them. When Daddy goes out I can see when he comes home and he gets real excited to see me. He smiles as he gets out of the car and waves at me through the window. It makes Daddy real happy to see me when he gets home.

Mommy is confusing. When we go out to the back yard we have to go through the garage and yesterday Mommy made me stop and sit in the garage and she put a towel over me and wiped my feet off before I was allowed to go in the house. She said it was raining and she doesn’t want me tracking dirt all over the carpet. Today when I came in I sat in front of her before she could tell me to and waited for her to put the towel over my head and she didn’t but she did laugh and tell me I was a good girl. I wish Mommy would make up her mind, do I sit or can I just run into the house like I use to.

Here's some pictures of the sun going to sleep in front of our house. Isn't it pretty.

Ellie and I like to sit on the back of the couch and watch the birds, butterflies and people outside. I like watching the birds, they’re so pretty and they look so funny after it rains and they run through the puddles. Sometimes they splash and make water spray all over. When it rains and I try to do like the birds and get all wet Mommy chases me through the garage with a towel. When she catches me she puts the towel over my head and rubs me down. I like being rubbed but I do not like the towel over my head. It’s dark and scary.
